L’Uliveto sleeping 2+2

l'Uliveto is a single aspect two floor apartment opening onto the terrace. On the ground floor there is open plan kitchen and living area with table seating four, sofa bed and chairs. There is also a cloakroom and washroom with wc and basin. The first floor has a bedroom with king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and basin; balcony overlooking terrace and gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, microwave oven and refrigerator. A selection of basic culinary needs is provided. Additional single bed, a cot and a highchair are available on request. There is a separate laundry room accessible from both apartments and equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
