Terms:

Minimum rental period is seven days, preferably Saturday to Saturday with arrival after 4 pm and departure by 10 am unless by prior arrangement, although we try to be flexible to accommodate individual travel plans and schedules.

For a period in excess of seven days but less than fourteen days, additional days are charged on a pro rata basis.

A 20% deposit secures the booking and full payment is requested eight weeks prior to arrival. Payment is accepted in sterling or euros by cheque or bank transfer.

Additional information:
All linen, including swimming towels, is provided and changed weekly (or half way through for stays of over seven days). We are happy to arrange sleeping accommodation in both apartments to suit individual requirements. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Wifiis available in and around the apartments and guests are also welcome to internet access by arrangement with Paul and Renee.
